Moustache Riot
Moustache Riot are a three piece international rock band based in Dublin. Their sound is rock! With Conrad coming from Brazil with a background of flash heavy metal, Tak from Japan listening to all kinds of classic hard rock and Stephen from California being into alternative and classic rock. They have an “ in your face “ sound and an energenic vibe on stage. Starting out as a Jimi Hendrix Experience Covers band and slowly writing their own material, you could describe their sound as a modern Hendrix California rock band. But with Conrad’s ripping licks and effects, Tak’s melodic bass and Stephen’s intense drum playing, they have a new sound of their own. Are you ready for them?
The Super Fantastic Adventures of Captain Magic in his Amazing Wonderland

With only a couple of months under their belts they’ve played The Academy , The Button factory , Sin é , The Globe , Shebeen Chic, The Scene, The Twisted Pepper and The Festival of World Cultures.

Love Music Hate Racism Ireland is a non profit collective dedicated to fighting the growth of racism & fascism north and south of the boarder. After a successful campaign launch in July and an invite to Electric Picnic 09,the LMHR ''Sight and Awarenes'' Campaign has gained a lot of ground and will soon be launching in Cork and Galway. Our aim is to promote education and understanding of other cultures through musical events. The economic downturn has created the perfect breeding ground for anger towards immigrants, asylum seekers and foreigners in general. We want to take that anger and the ignorance and turn it into something good. For more info on Love Music Hate Racism , its origins and its campaigns, please visit
